We want you to love your Minzoe purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Contact our support team at support@minzoe.com to begin the process.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. We cover refunds for damaged or defective items. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind return.
